With 30 years of industry experience, Heath is a transformational leader whose background spans several sectors, including Accommodation and Food Services, Construction, Education and Training, Health Care and Social Assistance, Manufacturing, Mining, and Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
Heath is also a proud father of three children and lives locally in Lake Macquarie. He looks forward to helping you and your family achieve your aspirations.

Natalie is our Principal Practitioner, a devoted, compliant and meticulous educator with 25 years of experience spanning Education, Training and Development, Community Health and Business Management.
Specialising in Special Needs Education, English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD), Gifted Education, meticulous pedagogical planning, curriculum differentiation, educational resource creation, behaviour management and integration of modern technologies into customary teaching practices.

Dr Gail Brown
Principal Instructional Researcher

Dr Gail Brown is our Principal Instructional Researcher, an experienced educator with wide experience in Education, Special Education and Teacher Professional Learning. Years of teaching experiences in schools and universities enable Gail to design effective academic, behavioural and social interventions that have made a difference in the lives of children, parents, teachers and school leaders.
Over 20 years ago, Gail’s doctoral research made significant differences in Grade 5 students’ reading fluency and comprehension, now extends to Grades 2-6 students and Grades 7-9 students with special education needs. Along with Teacher Professional Learning, this has improved student literacy and empowers teachers with their future students.
As a mother and grandmother, Gail has supported her children and grandchildren, enabling empathy to support others with children or grandchildren to improve literacy and ensure brighter futures.
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Reading Comprehension, WSU Western Sydney University, Masters in Special Education, Special Education and Teaching, BA Economics.
